Can built-in Bluetooth system in Car announce Voice Navigation from Maps Apps from Paired Mobile?

that guy has also not yet returned some other funds he took as a loan from me. so that friendship was doomed in any case.
but yeah, selling car to him was a stupid move. he still has not transferred to his name because he 'cannot arrange for an address in gurgaon' for simpler transfer. so i am basically living a dangerous life. he kills someone with that car, i go to jail. dad is also quite pissed about this.
 
asked him politely to return the car if he cannot get it transferred asap. he started making excuses on how he is trying to get the paperwork done and if nothing works he would get it transferred to a friend who lives in gurgaon and blah blah. i am basically in a pretty messed up situation. i am no longer in talking terms with him and if he does not respond by the end of current year, i guess i would try to get an fir filed for theft of car.
 
wrote another mail. not hoping much in response. would be great if he just returns the car so that we can go our own ways never to contact each other again!
