Can i go with Bsnl 1700 ULD Combo plan

Hey , friends i live in bhubaneswar, odisha , india and i have a bsnl bb and am using a 800 ULD Combo and i wanna know if i can go with 1700 so , that i can increase my FUP to 100 GB and i heard that its for selected cities or circle so , i want to clarify that and also if my city is not selected what will i get i need FUP arround 60 GB at-least.

I think you will have to choose BBG Speed Combo 2799 with 60 GB FUP. Check on your state BSNL website see if the plan is available. I think it is Hyderabad.
