Can i walk in to Airtel store to get airtel given ethernet cable fixed?

I was changing the ethernet on the Airfiber outdoor unit
When the other end broke

I dont have the tools needed to fix neither do i know someone who can fix it

Can i just walk in the Airtel store to fix it?

@Mr. Bhat the current one is a CAT 6 cable which i bought from Amazon

router to poe CAT 6
poe to outdoor unit CAT 6

tho pc to router CAT 5
