Hi!

Today I saw JioFiber's cabling work was going on but later I saw that the cable just went through my area without adding their Junction box.

So, does it mean they won't provide connection here or they can add it later? 🤔

It is just me who have been applying for their connection here. Nobody else seems to be interested even in their free trial. :/ I guess that's why they might decide to skip this area.

@Rushil They didn't left any loop of cables either. 🤔
Then they might not install terminal boxes there as In My colony when they were laying cable they left loop in the electricity poles and at there only they installed terminal boxes.

Let's not speculate anything, we know these companies have their mouth where their money is, if they'd enough interest , they can install the boxes in two hours as they did for me

You might get a connection . I am seeing they are expanding very rapidly , they know they have to give connections in the future to someone in your area.

Same happened in our case too. Their boxes terminated at 80-100 metres away from my home. But the fiber was laid in our lane too. I had asked a technician why is it so. They said it is to create a ring topology of sorts. Now my lane is also getting Jio fiber and these cables go into those lanes which had Jio fiber from past 1 and half year. It might seem like overlap but that’s how they operate. I got to know that they operate area wise something like internal LCOs. Interesting fact is that our house falls into a different district altogether so I reckon they segment service areas on some basis.
