can not get "excluding night unlimited" for BSNL HOME 500

Your usage page is showing that you have home 500 plan, right?

you have start time, stop time, and total data transferred for evry session. right?

how u get these details? using BSNL NIB-II PORTAL or BSNL - Broadband Account Management, right?

if all answers are in "YES" then

yes u have home 500 plan, to calculate how much limit you left, only add data transferred between 08:00 am to 02:00 am next day. and this should not be more than 2.5GBytes.

use only BSNL NIB-II PORTAL or BSNL - Broadband Account Management to check your data transfer.
 
the portal seems to have problems.. many new users have difficulty in checking their usage!!if u r sure u have home 500.. you can download at night.. start at 2:15am and end at 7:45am
 
even u can call customer care at your exchange, and confirm your BB plan. if it is home500 then download at night from 02:00 to 08:00.
 
thanks for ur replies..but i m still having fear for using night unlimited because of the same reason above..because of readig alos of complains from the friends of the forum for the same reason of counting the data of night period.i m a new customer for bsnl bb. and its my 1st month..is this detail related to my problem??plz help...
