@brambedkar59 as i already said above, 99% you will see Airtel using its backbone for connections to Europe. For Excitel, they are prone to mostly use TATA, with Airtel usually working as backup.
The reason why you got better latency with Cloudflare Warp is because Cloudflare India uses Airtel as it's transit/upstream provider.

Traceroute isn't unsuccessful, it shows the first Amazon gateway Jio reached, but since Amazon is prone to hide their side of routers, it doesn't come up on traceroute.

Tata is notorious for its high latencies on it's international backbone to Europe, there is nothing you can do and it will not change.

@Lolita_Magnum Suppose if I take Tata Play Fiber Broadband connection will my latency going to change or remain the same there too?

Tata Play mostly uses Tata, so higher latencies with that is possible. You can ping tatyasky, he has Tata play.

This 174ms is on the higher side of the range. Average typically is in 160s ms. 140s,150s ms are the rarer but good ones that happen at certain times of the day
