with LogMeIn nope...at least not with the free one...they do have some paid services, but i don't remember them giving the webserver option either...you can check out their... site

Yes you can, but you'll have to host it on a port other than 80. Use a high number for your your webserver port (like 9000, 9111, etc) and check if it's visible here:

Once that is done you can use a service like no-ip (www.no-ip.com) for a dynamic domain name service.
