Can you browse internet on pc with vodafone GPRS?

Yes just connect in same way as Vodafone mobile connect. You will be able to browse all http (port 80) sites.modem initialization string shud be:at+cgdcont=1,"ip","portalnmms"phone number*99# OR *99***1#

Well that looks interesting... But am not too savvy with these modem strings n all that. can u pls. give step by step detailed instructions?

Thank you..! Will check it out and revert.. btw, wats the difference between this live and mobileconnect apart from the speed ...? how does port 80 sites matter and what actually are they?
 
You can browse regular (port 80) website with Vodafone live as well as mobile connect.
 
How do you connect your cellphone ( GPRS enabled ) to the computer ? Model/make /number of Cellphone>?Dongle/ Bluetooth/ or wifi ?Desktop or laptop must have one of the facilities. usually Landline based Internet connection is activated in Cellphone in WIFI mode/blue tooth. .
