cannot connect to broadband through WAN Miniport

hello there,since last 2 months my dial-up connection is not working..internet connection is set-up anyway but the connection is too slow and i get broadband error-815 when dialed.i checked the wire connections but the error continued to be displayed.pls help me to troubleshoot this problem.
 
what do you mean by internet connection is set-up anyway but the connection is too slow and i get broadband error-815 when dialed? Please ExplainLooks like your modem is configured in PPOE modeif you want to dial connection then configure ur modem in bridge mode search forum for that

BSNL BROADBAND MAIN MENU
In any menu of a modem clear instructions are given to
create a Dialer as well as "Always on" connection.

You say anyway internet is connected means you are on
"always on" mode and your userId and pW are entered
in the modem WAN settings page.

Probably you want Dialup mode to auto schedule
downloads for torrents etc during NU free period.
