Cannot pass router login page

Hi guys,My frnd has a D-Link GLB 502-T router. Since the last few days he cannot pass the login page. He has tried resetting the router.Pls. helpThanks in advance

Reset and try.

Start RUN type cmd type ipconfig/all
IP address of GLB502T is the Gateway. Usually 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1

refresh the router page.. clear cache in browser.. it should work once resetted..
