Can't check accountusage in 500C plan

There is no option for the 500C plan users to check their account usage. Is there any software to track the usage.( i.e to calculate the total amount of downloads and uploads) Please help me!Thanks.

Just get the portal id from ur exchange and log in the bsnl portal from broadband section of bsnl.in. Ur default password is password.

I asked about this problem in exchange. They said that there is no provision of checking account usage for the new broadband connections nowadays.
what can i do now?

I am surprised that they answered in such manner to u. Dont fall for their words. There is provision for checking usage for newer subscribers. But it requires a portal id. Usually they provide this id after installing broadband.
