cant make groups in contacts in galaxy s 2.3.3??????

i cant make a group for easy sms sending on my sgs 2.3.3 , when i go to groups i can see 3 default gruops but when i try to add members in that group only 2 contacts are addable which are in the list i donno why its not showing my other around 475 contacts,??????

btw i have all the contacts retrieved from my gmail account and in all contacts a little "g' is there.

Sign in to your Google account through a pc and in contacts, create a new group and add contacts you want in the group.Install handcent/ chomp/ go sms on your android device from the market. You will find all your groups. Sent from my MB525 using Tapatalk
