Careless response from mtnl

So today i got my plan changed from 256ul to 512ul but speeds were still the same so i caleed up 1504 to tell them to upgrade my speeds,
they told me to send a mail to [email protected] regarding the same and this is what i get from [email protected]

me - Respected Sir,

My name is Raghav Bhalla and my phone number is *******.
Sir i had requested mtnl to upgrade my broadband plan from TRIBAN 256 UL to TRIBAND 512 UL from the 1st of December, my plan has been changed to TRIBAND 512UL today but speeds are still the same. Sir i am gettinjg 256kbps upload and 256kbps download speeds whereas i should be getting 512kbps upload and 512kbps downpload speeds according to the information given regarding this plan on mtnl's website. So Sir i request you to upgrade my connection's speeds as soon as possible.

When will you upgrade the speeds ? According to mtnl's website the speed should change on the 1st itself kindly change my speeds today itself as im going to pay for the whole month not for few days so i should be getting the services for a whole month.

wow this is so ridiculous i mean he said " after few days" in such a carefree manner i feel like kicking his a**

please guys tell me what should i do
 
customer care can solve this problem..........try callin 2-3 times........with many customers this problem happens.........
 
tried everything mailed to everyone from my 3 email accounts but no reply from anyone not even helpdesk :(.. plz tell me what should i do now
 
^^ Rs 1299sent a consumer forum dhamki bhara mail to deadsl and my speeds got upgraded :D:thumb:
 
omg, that is sick way to reply. How come mtnl is recruiting such dumbasses as CC officers.

1. Use only one email account to communicate.
2. No need to use "Sir". Be brief. Be curt. Be a bit rude.
3. Wait for at least 24 hours before reminding all these guys that their CC sucks.
