What is the difference between CA added and CA activated? Sometimes it shows like this in my Galaxy S7.

I'm also having great speed from recent two days ,in indore . I think may be their CA is deployed their ,I'll post more result with network signal guru ,after I'll get my bootloader unlocked . Wifi speeds are jio fiber speeds.
