Thank you for this information. Actually i was thinking to but data card with TATA docomo sim in it.But with this discussion i have really changed my mind. I have used Airtel as well as Vodafone in my friends laptop. Both were giving approximately same surfing and downloading speed. So can you suggest me the right one out of Airtel and Vodafone? eaceful:

For data card usage. the first suggestion is to get an unlocked data card like micromax 310 and then get an airtel connection.

Actually I have bought an unlocked Idea Netsetter from a friend of mine. Only a good connection GSM sim is required. So you are suggesting that Airtel should be taken. leasantry:

Thanks for your suggestion. But i want to ask one thing that i have heard some problems regarding the net packs in airtel. Like if you have subscribed a net pack and your data usage gets complete before time, then you can't recharge again till the plan reaches its validity date. Is it TRUE??

No it is not so. being a seior CSA at Airtel I have heard it more than you, but it is not so. Sometimes technical issues are their, but they are very rare and solved quickly so as not to effcet airtel's brand image.
