If you want to set up a VPN server behind CGNAT, check out softether VPN protocol. It has udp nat punching capabilities.
@royalroy I read that guide earlier today. I will definitely try setting it up.
Yes, recaptcha on CGNAT irritates me a lot, but my ISP support says they don't do CGNAT, which is obviously BS.
I wonder when all of them will switch to IPv6. I can see Airtel already using IPv6 in their 4G network.

I don't think they will switch to IPv6 anytime soon. 99% of the subscribers care about speed. And whenever I contact them, they blame my computer for having malware. I showed them the data egress rate from my router was almost nil. To that, they said, we don't know but you do have malware on your PC. We don't do CGNAT. To that, I asked why do you block ports then, and they were like it's a security policy. Pieces of shit.

@royalroy I had similar experiences with BSNL all the time. Once I spent an entire month without internet, because of some POS in the exchange doing some stupid thing. I was constantly blamed for not having a phone to test "Signal quality". I told them that my SNR value is very low and for that all they did was resetting my modem. That's it. I got fed up. I haven't encountered any problem in fiber till now, only time will tell.

Try 'Privacy Pass' addon for Mozilla Firefox / Chrome. It collects token upon solving captchas and skips it once in a while for me (don't know how many solves for how many skips).

@Sushubh Yeah, that's one way. My main problem is port-forwarding. I was planning to do multiple stuffs with new connection, like a Wireguard VPN setup in my home so that I can access internet from public WiFi and college WiFi securely. My college WiFi blocks many websites for no reason. I was also thinking about a remote Jellyfin server or Plex server to stream media on the go. I can seed to the private trackers but I can't upload any stuff to others. Can static Ip solve all this problem?
You should be able to achieve port forwarding with a wireguard VPN, you just need to forward selected ports through iptables
