Hi all,I was a loyal Vodafone user and own a corporate billing connection.However, in the past few months I have begun to realise that Vodafone offers better deals on prepaid than on postpaid connection (Bonus cards have some decent deals). Please could someone guide me on the trick to doing this? Before agreeing to converting the account to prepaid, they tried to retain me by offering absolute rubbish deals. I was not interested and finally just asked him to complete the formalities.After sometime I was given an excuse that their software was not functioning. I tried this the second time today at a different store in a mall, however, was asked to get the originals of the xerox copies (earlier prepared at the Vodafone store) - and to my surprise he even mentioned that their software is not functioning.I would get this done sooner but in the meanwhile does anyone have a trick which would expedite this conversion to prepaid?
