changing from malayalam to tamil basic package

Hi,I called the CC couple of times for changing from Kannada Basic Package to Tamil. They promised to change, but never happened.-KARIYAN

HiIf any of the Existing SD User wants to change the Basic plan of their choice, here are some of the rules* One year or Five months of the basic plan subscription must end which is taken at the time of installation..* After the expiration of basic plan call the CC to activate the basic plan and you have to specify that you have to change the basic plan of your choice..* You must have Recharge card of Rs 200 atleast for changing the plan...* Keep as much as < 75 Rs in your account at the end of the basic pack subscription or else it will automatically extended to one month and you have to wait for another one month....:thumbsup:
