i think nexus 4 can be had for around 23-24 through comparable stores online in india. a bunch of folks bought it. they might be able to answer you better.

i really have no clue about the developments here in india. i simply cannot follow indian brands on facebook. all they do is run stupid contests. massive pain in the ass.
