I got banned!
From last two months, I'm seeing inflated data usage and I see me hitting my FUP limit far earlier than before. And according to them, I used 300gb last month when its simply not possible since I was out of home most of the time and wifi router was disabled the whole of last month. Its simply not possible for me to download 300gb last month.
Earlier there used to be an option to see the time and date of data usage in Beam portal. Now I tried finding that option and didnt find it. Called customer care and they told me that they removed that option. So I asked the customer care to show me the data logs and they said its not possible. What a load of frickking BS. I hope ACT rots in hell.
