Hi Saurav, the car offers 22.1 kmpl on diesel which is a fairly good mileage.

If it has the same Fiat engine, I can say it is fuel efficient. Should be peppy in Sail (is not that fun in a Linea). It is also low maintenance. A friend of mine owns an Aveo. He is not a fan of the company but then he abused the car which ended up costing him a lot of money so well he got what he deserved.

Reading abt some noise issue in dashboard .. Also my budget is not above 6.5lac on road price .. Any other suggestions? Amaze with similar features as I am getting in Sail is costing above 7.2 lac ..

Yup. Honda would charge a premium. This is why Fiat cars are such a good deal. It hurts you at the time of resale though. I hear Fiat was giving 2L discount on the top edition of Linea diesel in December last year. Same with Chevrolet. Honda Amaze entry has made everyone else an underdog. In any case, you would find enough content to drive you crazy on Team-BHP and other dedicated forums.

 I just took Amaze Diesel SX delivery on 12th Feb. Waiting period was just two weeks.
