chronic disconnection problem on bsnl broadband

You SNR is too low around 5 db and Attenuation is very high 50 db call the Customer Care of BSNL and tell them that SNR is very low and they will do something to help you but it will take more than 2 weeks Have you connected the wires in Splitter correctly disconnect the phone and then try if still not stable linkconnect the main phone line directly into modem after disconnecting phone line and then check
