citrus pay safe?

Is it safe to pay beam monthly bill using citrus pay?
I registered on eseva online but they are collecting 15/- for transaction
12.36% tax + 4 rupees for 1 transaction
But in citrus pay they only charge 1100/- But i want to know which one is safe using net banking..

Yup.. it is. I've been paying bills using citruspay since last 3 months and everything works smoothly without any hassles, before the beam guy used to come to take bill but he was most of the time late OR I had to go to e-seva.. but with citruspay it has been very easy.

I have Rs. 1000 stuck with Citrus Pay for a few weeks now. I wonder how I can get them back.

Pepperfry uses CItruspay and so does rechargeitnow.com. I've used it multiple times without any problems.

I cannot find citrus on Pepperfry any more. I have ordered from there twice this month.
