clearity issue on sun direct dth service

I have the same problem, some times channel picture gets merged, bt its only fr a fraction of sec. Anyhow, how can the STB be changed?

SD has made a software update.After that this issue is solved.Now the picture quality is ok.

iam also got these pixelation but its not software problem its settop box problem
i change new settop box the pixelation had stopped
its clear now
check your settop box to nearby distributors
change the settop box free now!
how do u change stb? & tht for free? how?

i think u cant change ur STB if it is working fine
