The issue could be with other ISPs as well but seems to be majorly impacting BSNL network users.
All websites(using Cloudflare), Cloudflare.com, speed.cloudflare.com are painfully slow on BSNL nowadays.
For sometime it works fine but for most of time(for over 2 weeks now) the connection and speed is super slow.
Has anyone else noticed this? I tried emailing NIB but didn't receive any response from them.
Tried traceroute to 1.1.1.1 from Ripe atlas probes on BSNL network and most of them were showing same results of slow speed.
Ping to 1.1.1.1 normally have TTL as 10-12ms but when the issue occurs it's over 100ms and about 30% packet drops.
Also found this video and it is also mentioning similar issue of super slow speed between ISP and Cloudflare
