his profile does say bsnl. the purpose of that field is to make this visible in all posts.

It doesn't show on mobile . Jio users had this issue where warp just takes them to france.

It's not an issue. Just peering. Depends on which ISP has peered where and if Cloudflare has peered at the IXP too.

Edit : Btw I'm getting connected to SIN again too.

I get connected to either BOM or SIN depending on whether my connection to Mumbai has high ping.(Normally ping to Mumbai=40-50, Singapore=70-80)
