I have noticed one thing in warp that if you have warp only it connects you outside of India but at the same time and having the same internet if you have warp+ it connects you to India
Noticed with Jio-(without warp) some Europe Server
Jio-(with warp)-Bombay Server
Airtel-(without warp) some Europe Server
Airtel-(with warp) Hyderabad Server
Although with VI it remains Bombay only in both warp and without warp.

cloudflare seems to have changed the way warp works on their official client for windows and mac it seems and it is not working on my pc at the moment. they are now running warp like traditional VPN clients where a vpn connection appears in your networking settings.

WARP On Windows now uses a new tunnel architecture that more closely matches our macOS and Linux implementations. WARP will now create a virtual interface that is visible in your network connections and directly modify the routing table to control where traffic flows. Please thoroughly test this release before deploying in your organization.

i guess the problem is that the installer did not make a tunnel properly.

Wait the installer doesn't create an interface. It gets created when WARP is enabled and destroyed when disabled.
