Is there any app or channel for CNN or BBC world news on Jio STB or associated apps like Hotstar, sonly liv etc?

Apart from Aljazeera, I could not find any other world news channel for streaming.

U may watch fox news channel from USA. It is live and very good quality. On Hotstar
It can be accessed under live news banner...

Fox news where downplaying the CoViD news one of thier anchor said - "i think its the best time to travel right now" - this was told during march 1st week or Feb last week not sure.
Fox news isn't good either.

Agreed. Since the OP did ask for any other world news channel for streaming, fox news was avbl on Hotstar.
As for how good a channel is - that is for every watcher to decide for themselves...
BTW, there are a lot of US channels not available in India due to geographical restrictions... PBS, CBS, MSNBC unless u are using VPN, etc...

I do like al Jazeera news channel unlike other so called top news channel they won't report on things there is no solid proof they can show... (They won't show whatsapp videos and stuffs )
It is true they do have accusation like they push Qatar Govt ideas but still the have maintained their reputation and quality so far.
This is one of the reason why Saudi and uae backed gcc blockade on Qatar happened. Becoz they openly accuse thier own neighbours if what they are doing is wrong.

I saw fox news but its not good and only news about the US most of the time. I m not sure if its a world news channel. RT (Russia today )has an app which works on samsung tv but I dont know if its available on Jio STB or Jio associated apps.

Have you guys been able to sideload any news app?

Download TVTAP PRO or Oreo .. search for FOX NEWS, CNN US , or CNBC US .

I use it to watch CNBC US.
