Configure BSNL 3G to have dynamic IP... possible?

I checked out the BSNL 3G card at a demo in my city. Speed and performance were at par with what is promised, but one thing that bugged me was the fact that it was static IP.Is it possible to configure the modem so that one can have dynamic IP for 3G?Comments, recommendations and experiences welcome.

Is it really a static IP? Or a "SHARED" Static IP. (I can't confirm this)
I have static IP (shared with 100's or more) on my BSNL NIC Connection

its a "SHARED" Static IP, PC is getting assigned a private IP and data is getting NATed
