I am a BSNL BB user, and problems are not very different, and will try to assist you .

Hi essbebe,I actually want to use my wimax connection with the Vonage voip gateway (Motorola VT2142). It used to work with my MTNL connection, and used to give IP address to my PC using DHCP. But with the wimax connection, I cant connect to the internet when I use the Voip gateway.

Started working for me! Had to clone my MAC address into the voip gateway... I guess the same thing needs to be done for BSNL too
