Configure Netgear DG834G with BSNL DataOne

Hi all,
I am having problems in configuring Netgear DG834G. The modem is not accepting the username and password. I am using Utstarcom ! port modem/router and the usename is same. BSNL is not helpful at all. someone told me that the username can be [email protected] OR [email protected] OR [email protected].
I tried everything and still not connected. But i know its working as its showing netgear website when pressed TEST button and the ADSL light is green and blinking which accoring to the Netgear manual is good signal strength.
Any suggestions what is wrong. The internet connection is in Bangalore

you are using utstarcom and Netgear together? both are trying to dial?

U r on wrong section, try BSNL broadband section..

Firstly configure your UTstar modem ( model ?)
BSNL BROADBAND MAIN MENU
to connect to Internet,
either "DIalup" using the Wanminport dialer
or "alwaysOn" by entering your User ID ( without @ bsnl.in or @ dataone.in and password)
in the WAN page. . Connection 0_35. Do not select "Bridged"Choose PPP/PPPoE.
Give feedback. Confirm proper internet connection.
Para two : For DG834G Utstar modem is not required. In Tags enter search "DG834G" for previous threads.
