Configuring a Beetel 220BXI ADSL2 modem on Windows XP and Vista

Hi All, I have taken a new BSNL boradband connection and i got the userid and password from BSNL for configuration. However i had this 220BXI ADSL2+Modem from Beetel which i was using during my old Airtel Broadband connection. Can anybody tell me how to configure this modem for the BSNL broadband connection please. Thanks in advance regards,Deepak N

In wan page change VPI/VCI to 0 and 35

Save and reboot, if you were on "Dialup Mode'.
Else enter userId without @ bsnl.in and password.
Save and reboot. Wait for 2 or three minutes.
Presume you know about Network/LAN TCP/IP settings. to change DNS.
Preferably open dns 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222.

To check usage you must get a 14digit portal Id from Your exchange.
