Can Reliance - CDMA link be used for a PLC to PLC communication. I have a remote station where, Electricity and communication links (land line, WLL or GSM) are not available. Reliance phone alone has signal strength of about 40%. I could establish a voice conversation with a reliance handset. I want to transfer rainfall and dam water level to my office. I plan to use Solar power.
