Configuring BSNL Type II modem

Dear All,I will like to know how to set up or configure the BSNL (type II) modem..... Siemens Nokia SL 141.............. I live in Kolkata........ and the documents provided on the BSNL cd are insufficient....... while setting up the WAN, the modem asks for certain numbers, provided by the ISP.............. Unfortunately, the documents provided by BSNL does not have any such information.............. Plzzz help with a step by step procedure.....so that I may configure the modem and access the internet........................... Thank you!!!!!

BSNL BROADBAND MAIN MENU
Select your modem.
What you need your user Id ( enter in WAN page without @ bsnl.in ) and password.
DNS you can try opendns 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222
'Always on " PPP/PPPoE connection " bridged " for use with Wanminiport dialer.
