Configuring Nokia Siemens C2110

Hi, how do i configure my modem Nokia Siemens C2110. This would be the first time I would do this....Please gimme some tips so that i can increase my speed..:wall:

D/L 305 kbps and U/L 82kbps

I have a Unlimited 256 Kbps plan
D/L 305 Kbps U/L 82 Kbps presume tested at Mumbai server.
No adjustments needed in Modem/router.
