Connecting through WAN(pppoe)...error 678

Hi,I am from Kolkata, Barrackpore region...using Nokia-Siemens C2110 Modem. Till monday everything was fine with my BSNL connection, but when I tried to connect on tuesday it just stuck on "Connecting through WAN (pppoe)", I asked my friends about this who are also using BSNL...but they said everything is fine with their connection...I have created a fresh BSNL icon by deleting the previous one...even formatted my computer...the problem persists...yet to lodge a complaint...:huh:.Please suggest.

Check in your usage portal. Re enter: Change password page userId old password again and try.
