Counter Strike Latency Trouble Since Last Week

hello, I m having trouble in latency in conter strike the game since last week , i thought i should put it here may be networking or tech guys might help me . Now whenever i start counter Strike game in find srvers it shows in server information as latency 100ms .... but when i join the server and start to play the latency or the ping varies from 100 - 500 ms ..... it doesnt stay consistantly at 100 ms ....and this is happening with every CS server i play ........ this is not used to be like that a week ago... i dont know what changes has been done but these are horrible times for gamer like me ....... CAN SOME ONE HELP ME OUT HERE ???

Use cFosSpeed Traffic Shaping and set higher priority to pings... and see if there's any improvement.
