counter strike problem

Hi i am a regular counter strike player and the problem is when i create a server my friends cant see it. my internet is in bridged mode and i use DMZ and dont have any firewall. i have a ut300r2u modem and hlds.exe says my ip is 192.168.1.2 but other applications show the ip correctly. however i can join my friends server. here is a screen shot

192.168.1.2 is ur LAN IP. check your internet IP address .

If u dont know how to see ur internet IP address .

Find My IP Address - Lookup

go here, and copy the IP adress:27015

e.g. - 59.00.00.00:27015

tell friends to go in game main menu, press ~ key and then type
connect 59.00.00.00:27015

If you use FireFox browser, the Dynamic IP will be displayed in the status bar, as it is likely to change when there is a disconnection and reconnection.

Look guys i have done all that i have a download meter and it displays my ip correctly its only the game i have tried giving my external ip to my friends but it still doesnt work. my friend has an airtel connection hlds.exe shows the same 192.168.1.2 ip but i can join his server with his external ip but he is not able to join mine.
