following Paytm, PhonePe also launched covid vaccine alert in app this week.

You've to manually enter every pin code to check for the availability on Paytm. This group shares information about wherever the vaccination is available in Delhi.

Paytm also has auto notification feature where it is supposed to remember your preference and send alerts when slots are available.

PhonePe i believe has similar functionality.

i haven't seen any notifications from either so can't say if they are working as designed. or maybe they don't arrive coz i have disabled app notifications from both apps.

in the end, all these companies have access to same api so it's likely that featureset would be comparable as well.

For my location and the locations nearby there's no slot available for the next four weeks as per Paytm.

Personally, I'm relying on the information given by contacts. And the people who are in these telegram groups are actually getting slots.

kind of weird. delhi seems to be doing it much better. though things are likely to change in coming 4-5 days when they run out of their current stock. many of my contacts here in gurgaon got their first shot in delhi.

i am at a stage if they do not fix the mess by august, i would get my second dose at private. same for dad's second dose. at this point of time, it seems useless aiming for a uphc for dosages.
