Star India snaps up broadcast rights to Sachin-Warne's Cricket All-Stars

The Cricket All-Stars T20 tournament is set to unfold on 7 November, 2015 in New York. The tourney will then move to Houston on 11 November and to Los Angeles on 14 November

Former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar on Monday expressed his desire to play for Sachin Tendulkar's team in the coming Cricket All Stars League T20 series, scheduled to be held in USA this November.

"I hope Sachin picks me in his team. Sachin, I request you, I am done battling with you, please pick me in your team. I know that every Indian wants to see me opposite you but please pick me in your team," Shoaib said in a talk show hosted by StarSports.

I am interested to see the following in the series in terms of crowds. I guess it will mostly be people of Indian origin , some from other cricket playing nations, and the odd local who got convinced by his friend to check it out.

Also subtle thing.. the Windies players were introduced from being their respective countries itself than Windies (Makes sense in one way, but then there are hardly likely to be any "Americans" to be confused by the term)
