i m also getting same error at selfcare site from my connection date(July 2020).Called cc n complaint at pgportal n nothing helped n still not able to register at selfcare portal

After 4 month's still showing customer id related to billing account number doesn't exist I also called to customer care but it seems like they are working without any knowledge. Someone please help me.

I am facing same problem. My first bill has been generated. But it is still showing same "Customer Id related to Billing Account Number does not exist". Please Help Anyone?

BSNL is a Government PSI with Government Employees.
They are EXTREMELY Slow in entering the relevant details and properly activating the account at the backend.
If the internet is working, then wait for at least SEVEN Months. Then, approach the LCO who gave you the connection and explain this problem.
