srry if there is a thread abt this.. bt i was unable to find one.. so am asking here.. does anyone know abt the 3g tarrif in jharkhand?? what amount i need to recharge it with.. i went to a shop and tried recharging my sim with 1000 rs bt it just failed.. thn i tired the on9 recharge sysytem and it just showed my number as 'one india no' whateva dat is and said its nt a valid prepaid number.. can ne1 help plz..
