Data usage in Voice Chat???

Can anyone please tell that how much data is used in Voice chat (may be for 1 hour usage)?
Is the data used same for all applications (Yahoo, Gtalk, Skype, etc) or it varies?
Had checked thread https://broadband.forum/broadband-india/29194-does-anyone-know-yahoo-voice-chat/, but didn't get any specific answer

Gtalk has the best audio quality and hence is high on data usage. One hour may cost u 45~60MB.

Thanks for the reply. I am using 1 other VOIP application (JustVoip), & I think it could also be then taking 40~50 MB per hour

@members/kedarisv/Can use TweakDUN 2.2 or version 3 to find the usage for Vonage VOIP service. Did not try / check as connected to U/L service . Will update later.@/cool_techie_tvm/ reply likely to be correct. May also depend how fast you talk!!

well i prefer skype and it consumes 40-50 MB download as well as upload.
