I checked the whole Consultation papers, I did not find anywhere and Trai is sorting out the Fup issue when complained by customers.

this is too low for a company calling itself India 's no. 1 & blah....blah............ :icry:There is no such TRAI guideline on forcing Implemention of FUP on ISPs :notallowed: , & if airtel/someone else has found one, pls be kind to share the link for same so as we consumers too can become aware of ! :bowtoyou:
The word “Unlimited” has to also be seen from the perspective of the
conditions imposed. For example, in the Fair Usage Policy on Internet
Broadband, we have defined fair usage levels for unlimited data transfer
plans and needless to mention, the usage levels set are very generous
and such that most customers will not be affected by the Fair Usage
Policy. This also has no impact on the data transfer limits which remain
unlimited. To address TRAI concern on the “Common man”, the criteria
for ‘Fair Use Policy’ is based on the maximum use by common man i.e.
number of calls, minutes consumed, data volume/ speed etc.

Ignore the profanities. The point I am trying to make is. Can you give it to us in writing that TRAI has made it mandatory for you to apply FUP on your unlimited broadband connections?
If not, please instruct all your customer care representatives to stop lying to customers...

airtel is too busy looting existing subscribers. They don't have time for and they don't care about your doubts/questions/suggestions. My damn MNP thread got 8k+ views and 75+ replies (that too in a dedicated airtel section) but not a single reply from any airtel rep.
