'Decision on 3G could have been expedited'

I sometimes doubt the rationality in government control in all spheres. Its clear that our "policy makers" are to be blames, although why so much apathy is shown by these guys, i cannot understand.There must be some secret god knows what- as to why they feel Indians don't deserve better Internet

It will take atleast 1 year to launch 3g so why 3g why not 4g

whole world not very true... government would implement 3G first and then 4G probably for a simple reason... they make money from sales of spectrum for both i believe. they are not concerned about the advancement of technology in india. they are worried about minting more money. simple!

3G fiasco is going on from 2-3yrs now, so 4G may take same amt of time (after 3G is launched). So i dont think we are getting 4G any sooner than 3 yrs.
