Delay in Installation

Update guys: I got scammed, the one month transfer and deactivation of second account didn't happened as promised by the TL. I had to raise disconnection request as normal process and it was only effective since yesterday.

lost some money but better than dealing with a---oles.
 
That's ACT for you, they are known for these practices.
 
I could have refused installation and got my 6+1 months refund as it was already in process. All I try to do was save these a---oles from escalation and my only requirement was don't waste my time anymore but that was too much for them.

Despite all these I think Act email support is more reachable than Airtel and routing is a bonus. Seriously that's how much Airtel has degraded.
