hcl mileap is a 7 inch one. very small screen.why cant you consider a pucca HP or Dell laptops which are nowadays available for 30-40k?just because you have a 17 inch one now does not mean you must go for a 7 inch or 9 inch one now. consider the standard ones.. those 13.3", 14.1 " and 15.4"btw are you having 17 inch laptop or desktop

yeah! I will stay against brand Like sahara and HCL..they use the worst processors and outdated Motherboards like VIA etc..there is no point in buying stuffs like that.Why not wait for Dell cme up wid their 9 inch solution in India? it will be priced somewhere around 15k.

Don't worry,I'll wait.By the way..That 17 Inch beast is a LAPTOP. HP DV9000 That is..Dual Proc..Dual HDD (raid 0),Dual Graphics..The ulitmate Digital Heaven!.So heavy to give me a bad shoulder...Now My pocket has a big hole..so I can't spend anything more than 15K for Lappy.

It's priced waaaay to high. You can get decent notebooks in that price. The idea of a netbook is a cheap, small, basic-functionality, high-battery alternative.

The price of some netbooks is really high..I guess its something like a premium segment in the netbook market..

Sony has a viao model with a tiny screen which is practically a netbook but they dont like to call it a netbook and it costs a ton.
