I was denied the Venue 8, which is 2GHz processor even though its 11k on Amazon.
It actually started with Nexus 7, I was trying to get him to buy me the refurbished N7 from ebay for 8k, but that didn't go well with him.
hehe. good luck with Dell. i do not trust them enough with android devices. actually i do not trust them with anything. though i would probably end up buying another of their displays in the near future.
Just tweet to @dellcares. Dell India customer care is shite in my own personal experience. Dealing with their US based social team always worked for me while my device was under warranty.
