Looks like the budget went way up which made up for excellent cinematography. At least we don't have to deal with Butler's family drama in this. It was solid fun except for the part where the world's biggest diamond exchange center has not even 10 guards, no radios, and zero security measures except lots of cameras which thieves managed to get around pretty easily.
