I have purchased Airtel Digital TV from their website on 14th Jan.But they havent sent me any SMS,email etc..except a purchase order which was give after the purchase using Credit Card. What i want to know is did anyone purchase from their website??Is yes,how long did it take to get it Installed in your house?

NO , I took from dealer.
within one week you will enjoy your digital tv.
you will get an call from the engineer and seupbox will be delierd to your house. and after that inslattion will be done.
And may i know the reason why did you purchased fromt the website why not from dealer ? And which package you took ?

I took South Gold.And there is no particular reason why i purchased from website...just that i dont have much time to go to Airtel dealer and buy... 
I got the Airtel Digital TV installed today 
But i have few queries:1. As i told before,i opted for South Gold(or South Mega),but at present i am not able to watch even a single Telugu/Kannada channel!!They gave me recharge vouchers of cost Rs.800 along with it.And they asked me to recharge these vouchers after 24hrs to watch all the channels of the package.Is it true?2. Will i be charged for using iTV Services?
